SWISCORP was tasked with optimizing a centralized heating system that was experiencing malfunctions. After an initial on-site inspection, the hydraulic cylinder interface was identified as the weak point of the system. Through a finite element method (FEM) analysis, we designed, manufactured, and implemented new attachments for the cylinders. This detailed analytical process allowed us to precisely diagnose and address the problems in the heating system, guaranteeing its efficient and performance.
